Summer School Extended School Year (ESY) 2020 Information

At this time Summer School for the 2020 school year has already started. Please contact your student’s school counselor or summer school teacher for any questions.

General Information:

Summer School (ESY) will be through distance learning for the summer of 2020.

Expectations:

Summer School will be computer-based learning, but there may also be written work that must be completed.

Students must complete a minimum amount of work each day in order to complete the course. If your student does not keep pace during the first week, your student may be dismissed from the program so that a student on the waiting list can be given the seat.

If students are not adhering to the expectations, and/or miss two sessions, the student will not be permitted to continue with the program, and their spot will be given to a student on our waiting list. This course of study is not for every student. If this program does not work with your summer plans, online courses are available via Pasco eSchool this summer.

All Pasco County rules and policies must be followed.

The APEX program is NOT certified for Division I and Division II NCAA athletes, so if your student plans to attend a college or university as an NCAA athlete, this summer program is not for your student, and you should not register.
