Class of 2021 Herff Jones Cap & Gown and Graduation Items Order Information

Bulls ~

It is time to order your Graduation Products and Cap & Gown!  Although school may look a little different this year, the graduation celebration for the class of 2021 will be more exciting than ever!

Option 1 – Cap & Gown ordering is now open ONLINE.  

  • Seniors are strongly encouraged to place orders for their cap & gown and graduation products online due to COVID-19.  Orders may be placed online at https://www.herffjoneswestcentral.com/. 

Follow these steps to place your order:

Step 1 – Go to the Herff Hones West Central website.

Step 2 – Register an account

Step 3 – Enter your email address

Step 4 – Select Wiregrass Ranch High School

Step 5 – Complete your information

Step 6 – Start shopping!

  All orders will be shipped to the home address except the cap & gown which will be shipped to WRHS for pick-up.

Option 2 – Class of 2021 Herff Jones Cap & Gown and graduation items Parent Order Night

  • Herff Jones will also be on campus on Wednesday, 12/9 and Monday, 12/14 with information for parents and students regarding cap & gowns and other graduation items.  The parent order night will be held by appointment only outside the cafeteria from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  To make an appointment, please complete the following form:  https://wrhs.pasco.k12.fl.us/mform/view.php?id=60361
  • This event is optional and geared for those families that will rather order face to face versus online.  This event is only for those that have made appointments through the link above.  There is a limit of 2 individuals per family appointment.
