2024-2025 ESE Parent Survey – Now Open!
The 2024-2025 ESE Parent Survey is now open and can be completed online via web or mobile phone by visiting the following link: 2025 ESE Parent Survey. The Florida Department of Education (FDOE) conducts this survey annually to gather valuable feedback on how well Florida’s schools are partnering with parents and promoting parent involvement in their child’s education. The survey is open to all parents of children with an Individual Educational Plan (IEP) receiving ESE services from preschool through grade 12. Please note, the survey is not intended for parents of students who only receive gifted services through an Educational Plan (EP). Additionally, students with disabilities aged 18 or older may also complete this survey. We encourage all eligible parents to take part and share their feedback to help improve services.
